bedrooms
four bedrooms have king sized beds and one has a queen. two king rooms can be setup with two single xl size beds each (by arrangement). all bedrooms have luxurious, hotel quality beds, linen and towels. individually controlled reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans cater for everyone’s needs in all seasons.
ensuites contain locally crafted timber vanities, overhead showers and heated towel rails. there is an additional full guest bathroom in the middle of the house.
kitchen
generous in size, the kitchen includes a butlers pantry, laundry, wine fridge, bar area, two dishwashers and dual ovens. all the necessities for preparing a feast are included with multiple appliances, cooking utensils, and an abundance of dining and serving ware.
the centrepiece of the chef's kitchen is a stunning, cantilevered, concrete island bench with seating for five. a breakfast area adjoins the kitchen and provides an informal dining or conversation space.
living and dining
flowing from the kitchen is the lounge and dining area. with soaring 5 metre high ceilings and framed almost entirely in glass. the dining room seats 10-12 around a bespoke, locally crafted, timber table.
the spectacular off form concrete chimney, rising 9 metres out of the ground hosts a large wood burning fireplace and a floating concrete bench.
a media room with comfortable seating contains an 85 inch TV with playstation4, board games and hundreds of dvds.
outdoor entertaining
flowing off the lounge and dining room is a generous entertaining deck. another locally crafted dining table able to comfortably seat 18 people making it a perfect place for long, lazy lunches. external faces of the chimney incorporate a built in gas bbq and gas fireplace. bar stools, armchairs and tiered deck seating are a perfect place to watch the changing colours of the escarpments as the sun begins to set and the kangaroos emerge from the trees. a one of a kind, round 8.5m swimming pool and spa disguised as a rural water tank complete the outdoor experience.
